Welcome.  If you got here after reading the book, please feel free to browse the pictures by clicking on an album from the list on the left.

There are some old pictures from the late 1970’s and early 1980’s in the two “old” albums which will hopefully give you an idea of what Kavos, St. Peter’s, and the road to Lefkimmi were like 25 years ago.

The two garden albums, together with the wild life album show some of the items mentioned in the book and may interest the gardener in you.

The album “The East Coast Road” shows a few of the favourite places mentioned where we often stop for a break on the way home from Corfu Town.

If however, you got here by happy accident or as a result of a search, please also feel free to browse the photographs which are shown here to illustrate the garden and the surrounding area in the southern tip of Corfu where we bought eleven olive trees and built a house.  The Greek High Court declared all such contracts illegal; the local council wanted to demolish the house and build a road.  These are a just a couple of the ups and downs in the thirty year story covered in the book to which this web site refers.
